Brilliant professional service. Go to there office, actually touch the container you want, then it is tagged in your name. Had it delivered about 300km. A great courteous and professional team. Eliminating any risk of online container scams.

This is not a review about storage but a review on the great people working for the company, in particular Glenn.I live in Brisbane and was heading to Maryborough to see family for Christmas. About an hour into the trip, I heard a loud bang from the car and suddenly lost all power. I pulled over to the side of the highway, popped the bonnet, and saw that the intercooler hose bracket had broken. Without it, the hose couldn’t stay in place, and the car couldn’t run properly.I quickly realized that fixing this properly would require ordering a replacement part—a process that would take days, meaning I’d likely miss Christmas with my family. My only options were to call a tow truck and head back home or attempt a temporary fix. Unfortunately, I had no tools with me to even attempt a repair.That’s when I noticed a truck parked on the opposite side of the road. Desperate, I decided to ask for help and met Glenn. I explained the situation, and despite being on a tight schedule himself, Glenn didn’t hesitate to lend a hand. He quickly assessed the issue and used what he had on hand—zip ties, a strap, and some duct tape—to rig up a temporary fix for the broken bracket.To my amazement, his solution worked! Thanks to Glenn’s quick thinking, resourcefulness, and kindness, I was back on the road and able to continue my trip to Maryborough.I cannot thank Glenn enough for stepping up to help a complete stranger on the side of the road. It’s rare to meet people who go out of their way like that, and Glenn truly saved the day. If this is the kind of person the company employs, it speaks volumes about their values. Thank you, Glenn—you’re an absolute legend and a Christmas hero!

I was reluctant to buy an expensive one trip container based on internet pic (as I lived too far to view before purchase) but when it came it was better than the pics and better than I imagined. There's a lot of Container scams, and doggy operators so I'm glad I dealt with Bionic, the company were helpful and knowledgeable and the driver delivered the container on time and carefully. I'm my experience It's worth spending the extra money to get a Single Trip , like new container......, I really live this container.

Wow!!Awesome people and awesome service, they helped us move a container to get it ready to go interstate and loaded it on the truck for us and everything. They willing to go the extra mile to save you a buck with there fair dinkum Aussie prices.Oh and the girls in the office are absolutely wonderful and helpful and really want to help you to come up with the solution for you.Highly recommended

We hired a storage container on our property while we renovated. The process was very smooth, truck dropped off and collected the container very promptly. Container was clean when it arrived and completely waterproof for the 3 months we stored our whole house in it. Very affordable and easy option if you are renovating and have enough land for the container. Would highly recommend Bionic Self Storage. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
