Great all-in-one service. Friendly and helpful staff, and they listen to what you want. Good range of containers with storage and delivery options. Actually genuine - considering the many scammers that are out there. Delivery experience was exceptional. Hamish, the driver, managed to negotiate a difficult road to get to destination ahead of expected time, then placed perfectly without difficulty. Upon opening the container, contents found to be undisturbed, even those that were not properly secured. Well done all round by the team.

From the moment we called Bionic Storage, everyone from Charmaine, Kylie and Glen were super efficient and beyond helpful. WeCouldn’t be happier with their level of service and professionalism. The shipping container was brand new which was an added bonus. I had called a few storage facilities and Bionic was far superior to all and the most reasonable. What can I say? Words elude me to express how I truly feel about Bionic. Bionic did me a solid in a situation where I had just about come to the conclusion to abandon the vehicle and walk away, as it was, my faith in humanity was restored by a kind gesture from one of Bionic's tow truck drivers who, going in the opposite direction to myself, did a u-turn, drove back picked me up took me back to my car and proceeded to tow my car, back to the closest town.Informed him I had no money for his service and was told don't worry about it, the driver even offered me food and a drink. Since then funds were made available and I am using Bionic to deliver my car to its destination. No other company has shown or given such consideration and compassion and only cared about the money. I am forever grateful. Bionic is second to none and I will recommend them to anyone before any other towing company.I can't thank Bonic, its management or employees/ drivers enough.Thank you Bionic with all my being.
Fair prices, helpful staff. One container arrived with a patch from the floor floating loose and I couldn't get it back in. Bionic sent a man an hour away, first thing next morning and he fixed it, keeping our loading on track. Well done Bionic, happy to recommend.
